Without energy you won’t be able to complete your workouts. Focus on eating good crabs like fruits, vegetables, brown rice and whole grains.

In order to gain lean muscle you will need to also eat a good amount of lean proteins like those found in chicken, turkey, egg whites and some fish. It is suggested that you eat your weight in protein grams. This means if you weigh 135 pounds you will need to eat 135 grams of protein per day.

The main goal when trying to build lean muscle mass is that you must burn more calories throughout your day than you take in to your body. Keep a fitness journal of your intake and also your exercises. This will help you keep track of your daily calories. There are a lot of online and smart phone apps that can help you keep track of your daily diet.

Another thing on the list of good lean muscle building tactics is the fact that you need to design yourworkout to focus on the major muscle groups. These muscle groups include the quadriceps, glutes, chest, shoulders, back arms and abdominals.

You will also want to include come form of cardio Interval work into your workouts for lean muscle building. Cardio will help burn more calories which will lead to more fat burn. Cardio exercises will also help increase overall endurance. When you have more endurance you will be able to have more productive workout sessions.

Remember building lean muscles is not easy and will take an overall lifestyle change. Once you start to make progress you will see your life get better in all ways. Your energy will increase, you will actually enjoy exercising and you will be able to get more out of life.
