A local Austin native and graduate from Texas State University, Kelly holds a Masters degree in Sports Management, in addition to her B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science. Kelly is a certified personal trainer experienced with weights, cardiovascular, core/stability, active isolated stretching, and is always looking to extend her knowledge and learn new techniques to keep things interesting and fun for her clients.

Kelly’s current lifestyle involves weight-training, spinning, running, pilates, and yoga. She feels that the key to a fit and active lifestyle is a combination of nutrition, flexibility, aerobic and strength training.
